The academy is owned and operated by licensed cosmetologists Marilyn and Karen Millsapps: Certified SofTap instructors and distributors, credentialed Colorado esthetics and permanent makeup instructors. They have 50 combined years salon service experience, 20 years distributing and product knowledge instructing, 16 years combined permanent makeup (10 years SofTap exclusively), and 35 years esthetics.
